Our experienced designers will work closely together with you to develop the specific packaging solution that meets your individual packaging needs. They will base their proposals on a detailed analysis of the entire packaging value chain from physical and visual properties, production, distribution and in-store sales appeal to final disposal, biodegradability and recycling.
Design process
Our design process for customer specific packaging typically follows this path:
Drawing
We send you a drawing of the packaging including views from all the important angles together with a 3D image.
Mock-up models
We make a mock-up model in plastic (shell or block model). The shell or block, which is easy and cost-effective to make, resembles the shape of the final packaging.
Prototypes
We provide prototypes in moulded fibre, which are similar to the final product.
Testing
You can choose between a number of in-house test options:
- drop testing – with or without measuring acceleration of the products to be packed (g-values)
- vibration tests – performed according to an international standard
- humidity and temperature tests
- stacking tests
Mass production tools
We manufacture the new mould form and make all the necessary preparations for production of your new, tailored packaging.
