Investor Relations and press policy

The purpose of Hartmann’s investor relations and press policy is to set the overall guidelines on how we communicate with investors, analysts and the press.

Purpose
We focus on clear and open communication and place great emphasis on dialogue and use of www.hartmannpackaging.com

We strive to ensure that our stakeholders can obtain an accurate understanding of Hartmann’s financial and strategic performance, opportunities and risks as well as thorough information about the markets we operate in.

We stress being:

- Easily accessible for answering questions
- Proactive towards stakeholders when needed
- Open about opportunities and challenges

This is to be achieved while observing the rules and legislation for listed companies on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.

Communication principles
Hartmann publishes all stock price sensitive information via our online distribution system and on our website.

The annual and interim reports are published in Danish and English and can be downloaded from our website. We print and distribute our financial reports by mail on request.

In addition to written communication, we engage in regular and open dialogue through investor and press meetings at our premises as well as investor meetings with analysts and institutional investors at their premises. When invited, we participate in conferences and meetings arranged for private investors. We also host a capital markets day every 1-2 years as needed, where representatives from Hartmann present a broader picture of one or more specific activities and where analysts and institutional investors are invited.

Hartmann’s Executive Board and IR department are always available for answering questions and clarifying information by phone or e-mail. Questions are answered to the extent that they do not require disclosure of non-public information, conflict with considerations of competitiveness or could otherwise damage Hartmann.

We are dedicated to developing and maintaining the best possible relations to our investor and media stakeholders and we are open to input on how we can improve our investor and press relations.

Guidance
Hartmann provides the market with specific guidance for the coming year in the annual report. The interim reports include an update of the outlook given in the latest financial release.

Silent period

For a period of four weeks prior to the planned release of our annual and interim financial reports, we do not comment on matters related to financial results or expectations unless they have already been distributed to the market.

Approval
Hartmann’s investor relations and press policy is approved by the Board of Directors and was last updated on 27 August 2009.
