Interim report for the first quarter of 2010
Quiet periods
In pursuance of the recommendations made by NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S, Hartmann operates with a 'quiet period' lasting for the four weeks immediately preceding the announcement of interim and annual reports.
During the quiet period, Hartmann's communications to investors, analysts and media will be subject to a number of constraints. Consequently, specific events or assessments relating to the financial statement involved will not be commented upon.
If, during a quiet period, events occur which are relevant to the development of the price of the Hartmann share, Hartmann will follow the usual practice of issuing a stock exchange release to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S and to the public in keeping with the disclosure obligations and the Group's´
IR Policy.
