Rasmus Friche

What do you do as a R&D Manager?

I am responsible for coordinating Hartmann’s strategic Research and Development activities. Development takes place many places in the organization and need the right coordination to be successful. The R&D and Sustainability department is managing some of the strategic development projects and therefore most my time is spent as Project Manager.

I especially like our untraditional department setup where we combine environmental focus areas with R&D. I think we benefit from that.

As a secondary role I support Operations as expert in process chemistry.

What is your professional background?

I graduated as Master of Science degree from Technical University of Denmark in 2002.

What is it like to work in Hartmann?

Working in Hartmann is challenging and filled with possibilities at the same time. Hartmann is focusing on development and that makes it even more fun!

I appreciate very much:

  • Good colleagues
  • The freedom with responsibility
  • The teamwork across geographical borders and professions
